Please explain the distribution of tasks between participating institutions and the competences required from each of them. Also explain how you will ensure the active envolvement of all partners in common partnership activities.
Abdullah Tayyar Anatolian High School (Turkey) is the coordinating school and collects the reports regularly from the other partners who will send them in time the results they have got so far.
The coordinating institution will watch over the observation of the calendar activities, the realization of the final common report of the project, the use of the means of communication between the partners. The partner institutions will cooperate to establish the steps of the project elaboration, choose instruments of evaluation, carry out the project objectives, draw up the layout of the final project, the mutual exchange of drawings, posters, collages, talk about working methods, maintain the permanent relation with the National Agency from each country. The carry out tasks of the project will be divided between the partners. Each of them will work in order to obtain an European dimension of the final product. They will approach the planning fields and then they will put together the materials found. Other institutions could involve themselves in the development of the project, but only as associate partners.
The Turkey coordinator project team will form a web-site for the project;collect the information regularly from all the partners; take care of the realisation of his workshops during the mobilities;organise an workshop on energyprint the final book of the partnership;keep communication going on; make some recycled objects;watch over the calendar of the activities and mobilities.
-Latvia,Belgium,Romania will prepare the questions of questionnaire about the ideas of philosophers.

-Turkey will form the web-site of the project.
-Lithuania, Turkey will publish the booklets about the philosophers' idea lives.
-Italy,will design a logo for project.
-Belgium will keep a diary for the project.
-Romania will form a mind club where the students will be able to discuss the project.
-Romania, Lithuania will prepare a dictionary about the terms of the project.
-Latvia will upload information about philosophers of each country on website.
-Turkey, Romania will upload all the information in a DVD and deliver them to the partners.
